Newcastle.

Was away for a week for mam's birthday, where we went to the lovely Newcastle in Northern Ireland:

where the mountains of mourne sweep down to the sea etc....

Funland, it's a whole lot of fun where prizes will be (not) won...

We were in the Slieve Donard hotel a pretty famous place, they've named a bar there after Charlie Chaplin but this artifact that explains that he was only in Northern Ireland to search for the family of his 15 year old lover, as you do, so this is like some sort of historical child sex offenders register. There's also loads of stuff there about Percy French when will we get a Percy Sledge bar?

a lovely pint of Bass at about 3am, the trademark all makes sense now, as Bass one of the first trademarks this is research work and fun...

here we all are, happy birthday mam!

Hey Lorcan,
Didn't realise you were back on the emerald isle! Sorry we didn't get a chance to go for pints. Make sure and give me a buzz the next time that you're home.

And do the twins in Funland/house still look the same as ever?

Regards
Chris
