I know, yon brute is being a bit harsh. He seems to have seen through her 'halo effect', ie nice-looking people appear nice when in fact they make their living by bullying people into having surgery that makes it look like they've been beaten open. Perhaps, in contrast to her poor victims, she seems nicer.
I choose my words carefully. Let the weight of her foulness keep her up at night, staring at her distorted reflection in the vomitous water of her toilet bowl as she attempts to sick up her last meal of steamed organic artichoke heart.
