Bizarrely, I was going to put up MadTV's spoof of this video up above, but it was more offensive than the original, so I didn't bother!
It used to be a beyond the pale-style joke to confuse Japanese and Chinese people, but, apparently it still isn't at MadTV HQ! check it out here
